So we all know I feel our health is the most important thing in life. Why do I feel this way? because without your health you cant do anything. This amazing place called Firm Body Evolution has a infrared sauna that has so many great benefits beside sweating that I had to go and try! I love to loose excess water from the body because it makes you smaller and not all puffy in the stomach area. I normally just use the sauna at my house but this is the traditional one that you put your whole body inside. The one here at FBE is a complete lay down one that allows your head to be out this way your not trying to breath while getting super hot. It was a good experience very relaxing I nodded off a few times while inside the time went by quickly. I didnt start to sweat until about 15 min into it and once it started it was really working good. I felt like I got rid of lots of toxins afterwards. I cant wait to go back again. Tim there was the one who assisted me HES SOO NICE ! and he also gave me a body fat test before I started which said I am 5lbs overweight which I know I lost 10 lbs last summer eating super strict and working out with my trainer but once I hit my goal weight I started to cheat more than normal. As you know eating super clean 24-7 is sooo boring and takes life away from life lol. I am back on a strict diet to try to get rid of these 5lbs I put on.
