Its always good to lay out your outfit before you decide to wear it. I feel it gives you one last look before you decide on rocking  it or not. Most girls try on a million things and destroy there closets and floors by frantically looking for something to wear. My focus on planning my look is always one key item that I want to stand out. My key choice here was the skirt so I planned on picking out simple pieces to let the skirt pop.
